Autodesk’s Commitment to Customers Impacted by Hurricane Harvey

Autodesk - Many of our customers and partners in Texas recently experienced great tragedy and loss due to Hurricane Harvey. Autodesk would like to extend its deepest sympathies to those who were affected by the storm.

In times of crisis, Autodesk is committed to standing by its customers. We understand that many customers in Houston and its surrounding areas may have questions and concerns regarding their accounts in the wake of the hurricane.

Autodesk is preparing to help these customers with any issues they may have with their accounts as they get back up and running. We would also like to make it clear that if a customer missed their subscription renewal due to the storm, we will work with them to renew when they are ready to resume doing business.
